Clever, but you're still not getting my change...
It's one block from my office to Peets Coffee. In that walk I have to maneuver around no less than 5 bums sleeping on the sidewalk. And I mean bums, not homeless people.
We've always had a homeless problem in San Francisco, but it just keeps getting worse, this city is broken in way too many ways.
